The Plugins tab page refers to the test meta as a whole, the plugins displayed in the classification list [Classification list] ( Tests tab page) only refer to the classifications.
The functions in the BIMtest dialog area can be used to check specific aspects that are of crucial importance for the BIM area.
Activate the desired functions:
Classification and direction of the piping points [Classification and direction of piping points]:
Validity of the classification attributes with units [Validity of classification attributes with units]:
Validity of the table values in relation to classification values [Validity of table values in relation to classification values]:
The following points must be set on the General tab page, the rest can remain deactivated for the pure BIM check.
If a report is to be output, activate the Create log [Create protocol] function on the Output tab page. Then enter the output path for the error file [Error file] and the CSV separator.
The BIM test can be customized if needed.
The report is created as CSV file. There, some points like status, project path, text, for example, are shown.
Results of the BIM checker are always a warning, as they are not mandatory for increasing the QA state.
Of primary interest are the project path, the text and the group, and possibly also the value range.
For a better overview, it is recommended to make the evaluation via Pivot table. For this, there is a variety of options, depending on personal preferences.
The QAchecker can be used to selectively check certain aspects such as table, classification and translation.
Activate the QAchecker dialog area and then the desired options.
Specify the output path in the Report dialog area. The function writes an Excel file for each project, in which the corresponding values from the project are stored. The individual points are Excel tables, which may or may not exist depending on the selection.
In the Variables selection dialog area, you have the option of restricting the selection to certain variables. Deactivate ALL_VARS and create the desired variables with the plus sign .
The Translation table now only shows the manually created variables in the Variables section.
