3.13.1.2.3.  Topology search: Enhanced scanner

The Topology search has been enhanced by using the Third Party Software CapVidia. For the analysis, a STEP input is required.

Now special features like cylinders with fillets are found.

Example: On the left side: Import with old mode and on the right side import with "CapVidia". On the right side the cylinder can be selected as individual topological attribute and is displayed under "Tabular Compare".

In PARTadmin, under Import formats, you can find a new format „CapVidia“ now. Input is STEP and output is ZJV.

For importing parts a specific license of 3DTransVidia is needed. If no license is available yet a respective message is displayed.

If 3DTransVidia is already installed the license is taken from there.
