In the PARTlinkManager you can edit all fields of a dataset (ERPTABLE and some fields of the LINKTABLE (Active status, Requested status)).[20]

[Note]Note

If several datasets have the same ERP number, they are all affected by the changed (editing).

Do the following:

  1. Mark a row.

  2. Click on Edit.

    Under PARTlinkManager -> Extras -> Configure ERP environment PARTlinkManager preferences -> Modify column display -> Editable the corresponding column must be set to Yes!

  3. --> The window Edit row opens.

  4. Change the desired value.

  5. Reload the part into the PARTdataManager in order to view the changes there.



[20] Access to all data in the LINKTABLE and ERPTABLE can be obtained by several functionalities in PARTdataManager -> ERP toolbar -> Edit/delete dataset.
