New configuration key:^[11]

A new SAP-ECTR-Config key has been introduced that automatically determines the communication directory of an already running ECTR instance. This allows multiple PSworkers to reliably use the same ECTR instance and prevents conflicts caused by the unintentional startup of additional ECTR instances.
