The Catalog filter helps reduce the display of many installed catalogs.
While typing, the catalog view is changed. The following exemplary image shows how by typing "f" the catalog filter reduced the display to "afag" and "festo". (Both catalog names contain an "f" at some point.) When typing "fe" only "festo" is now displayed.
Furthermore you can insert several catalog manufacturers separated by comma.[72]
