When adding an ERP number using the button, a request can be created via the dashboard if configured accordingly.[33]
In order to meet the new
workflow, set the following two settings in
erpcustom.cfg:
Activation: A request is made upon activation. Activation (Yes) must be carried out for all standard users.
[VARS] PARTREQUEST_CREATE = Yes
Key users may/must assign directly (No).
[VARS(AdminRole1)] PARTREQUEST_CREATE = No
Specify here which column should be set to which value when a request is approved.
PARTREQUEST_UPDATE_STATE=STATECOL:released
