Chapter 7. User settings

  • How can I change my settings?

    1. Log in with your access data and then click on User settings under My access.

    2. Make the desired changes.

    3. Confirm your changes by clicking on Save.

      ➝ The view changes to the main page.

  • How can I change my e-mail address?

    You cannot change the e-mail address yourself. Please contact the portal administration.

  • How can I change my password?

    1. Open the list field under My account and click on User settings.

      ➝ The Access data dialog area opens.

    2. Click on Change password.

    3. Enter the old and new password and click on Save.

  • How can I delete my account?

    1. Open the list field under My account and click on User settings.

      ➝ The Access data dialog area opens.

    2. Click on the Delete access button.

      -> The corresponding dialog opens.

    3. Activate the checkbox Yes, I would like to irrevocably delete this access for all PARTcommunity portals and confirm with Remove.
