When importing files with PLMsynchro, different methods can be used for this. Always use the CSV option if a list of parts to be imported is provided by the customer.[100]
For this, in the Wizard, under Query, select the CSV option.

In a second step, in the configuration file
pdmproxies.cfg, specific block of used PDM, activate the desired key and set the correct value in order to determine how to read the CSV file.
