hexagon Insert [Insert hexagon]

Create a hexagon using the center point [Center point] and width across flats [Width across flats].

  1. Click on the center point.

    [Note]Note

    If you want the center point to snap to the grid, you must activate Snap to grid in the quick settings.

    The center of [Center point] a hexagon does not represent a catch later!

  2. Pull the hexagon up to the desired width across flats and fix it with a mouse click. If necessary, you can make an approximate adjustment to the rotation.

    If you want the width across flats to snap to certain increments, you must activate Scalar parameters in the settings.

    "Scalar parameters [Scalar parameters]" activated

    → The corresponding parameters are displayed in the Edit element docking window.

  3. Adjust the parameters as required:

    • Width across flats (inside diameter of the hexagon)

    • Center point X

    • Center [Center point] Y

    • Starting angle [Start angle]
