If you want to actively execute an ERP mapping (either before or after an SVN checkin), use the commands Add ERP mapping. [Add ERP-Mapping...].. and Edit ERP mapping.... [Edit ERP-Mapping...]

A current mapping should be available for editing. If you are not sure whether the existing mapping is still up-to-date, execute the command Edit ERP mapping [Edit ERP-Mapping...]... command, execute the Add ERP mapping [Add ERP-Mapping...]... command again. again.

  1. Execute the context menu command Add ERP mapping [Add ERP-Mapping...]... command.

    -> The same-named dialog box is opened.

  2. Click Search, select a published catalog status (usually the most recent) and confirm with OK.

    -> The Create ERP mapping [Create ERP-mapping] dialog box opens.

    Close the dialog when ERP mapping has been added! [ERP-Mapping added!] is displayed.

  3. Execute the context menu command Edit ERP mapping [Edit ERP-Mapping...]... command.

    -> If several mappings have been created, the Select source version dialog box appears. Select here which mapping you would like to edit and confirm with OK.

    The Select source version [Select source version...]... dialog box opens.

    [Note]Note

    Normally you should always use the latest version. Using older versions only makes sense for research purposes. Should you detect that there is an error in the current mapping, of course you can use the next error-free before.

  4. The Edit ERP mapping for the source catalog from ... dialog box opens. Compare above.
