The setting is relevant for the "new ident-no." dialog box.

	Note
	The same key is found in plinkcommon.cfg. May be it's better to use common settings than user-specific.

	Note
	Basics of the "new indent-no." dialog box are configured in the configuration file "erpcustom.cfg", block "USERDIALOG". See Section 4.12, “Timestamp number on/off”.
