Hide directory blendet das markierte Verzeichnis aus dem Baum der verfügbaren Verzeichnisse (im PARTdataManager) aus. Das ist beispielsweise bei Teilen sinnvoll, die nur in Baugruppen vorkommen und nicht einzeln wählbar sein sollen.

In PARTproject itself, the folder is marked in red.

If you mark the folder again and choose the command Show folder the status is removed.

  1. Initial situation: Directory "einzelteile" (single parts) shall be hidden.

  2. Mark the folder to be hidden and click on the context menu command Hide directory.

    -> Now the folder is displayed in red.

  3. With Show folder the folder can be shown again and then will be displayed in black again.

These changes do not come into effect until you have saved and the index has been updated.
