The preferred series [Preferred ranges] and export condition [Export condition] can be set independently of each other. In this example with user "ecat", both contain the same condition.

((ERP_PDM_NUMBER.NE.'').AND.(PRICE<1-6>.GT.0.0))

That means, to fulfill the condition, an ERP_PDM_NUMBER must exist and a price greater than 0 must be set.

If one of the two conditions does not apply, the status light is on red. That means, respective part cannot be exported to CAD.

In the index tree, directories containing at least one part fulfilling the condition are depicted in green. All other directories are displayed in semi-transparent color.

When the preferred row [Preferred ranges] is switched on all rows with a red status display disappear from the table.

Only green directories and projects are displayed in the catalog index (structure tree).
