The PARTapplicationServer is provided in the installation routine under Applications as part of the option PARTsolutions Enterprise or explicitly under PARTapplicationserver.

Manual installation of the PARTapplicationServer as service is not needed. After having installed the MSI package PARTsolutions Enterprise, in the Start menu, you can find the entry Activate Appserver Service (Deactivate Appserver Service).
