The 2D project tab page only appears for the 2D [2D project] project and 2D partshell [2D shell] project types .

A 2D model and a file with dimensions [File with dimensioning] are assigned to each view in the Views area.

You can optionally use the Variants dialog area.

If you do not want the same dimensioning file to be used for all component characteristics, you can define variants here. This allows you to assign specific views and/or models to different variable values.
