Have you already modeled components with eCATALOGsolutions in previous versions? Then you will immediately notice a fundamental innovation. With V12, the Configurator module, which was part of PARTdataManager has been integrated into the PARTdesigner module, eliminating the need to switch between different work interfaces. The configurator [Configurator] and superstructure [Assembly] are now also docking windows within PARTdesigner also docking windows that you can adjust in size and position. See Section 7.13, “Docking window "Configurator " / "Assembly "”.
