You can use Duplicate sketch to save time, for example, if you only want to change the original sketch slightly.
Call up the Duplicate sketch command in the context menu.
Modify the values in the Change parameter dialog [Change parameter].
This time, extrude the duplicated sketch in the opposite direction. In the example, this time with the Opposite direction option deactivated. Previously, the option was activated.
