Once the directory structure has been created, the work data is uploaded to the server in the form of DXF, TIF, BMP files, Word docs, PDFs, etc.

The following dialog appears via the context menu -> Add document for editor. Browse to the desired file [File] and describe the content of the file in the Comment field.
