Start with the creation of the "raw" cap nut.

  1. In the docking window 3D History, select the initial plane XY.

    -> The selected plane is shown with a grid structure.

  2. With the secondary mouse key, call the context menu of plane Plane XY.

  3. In the context menu, click on the item New sketch....

    -> The Sketcher is opened.

In the next steps, the 2D sketch of the cap nut shall be created as shown below.
