Use this search method in order to search for Order number or type code. Hereto, beside the input field of full-text search, click on the right button .

Fixed order numbers can also be found via Full-text search. If however an Order number or Type name is combined from values of value range variables, there is a huge number of possible combinations, which cannot be tracked by the standard index, so that the Full-text search won't lead to results.

With this search method you will find order numbers and/or type code in any case (provided the catalog is prepared accordingly).

[Note]Note

  • Fixed order numbers can be found with Full-text search further on.

  • Please pay attention to upper and lower case.

  • Empty spaces are ignored. The standard search does not ignore empty spaces!

    For example, if the order number is "123 456", then searching with "123456" will also be successful.

  • With existing ERP integration the following applies: At rows with existing ERP number ALL variable values are indexed in the standard index and so can be found with Full-text search.

  • The search method Order number or type code cannot be combined with all other searches, so they are disabled (grayed out).
