While the docking window Face attributes is active, faces can be selected to change their attributes. Both single and multi-selection is possible.
If multiple faces are selected, it will show up in the docking window Face attributes as a tree with a parent item and the selected faces as child items. Each child can be changed individually or all together by changing the parent element.
Changes to attributes will only got saved by clicking on or .
In the 3D view, select three faces which shall get the attribute with pressed Ctrl key and then click on the command Face attributes....
Select the desired attribute and confirm with . In this example: SYS_FaceAttributeColor (Class for colored faces)
-> Now respective setting options are displayed (here the field Color of face).
Choose the desired color. Color values are automatically calculated and entered. Confirm with .
-> All faces selected before now will show the chosen color.
Select a child element and apply another color.
