As of V12 there are two basic options to get the program help (with identical functionality):

  • Online Help

    This is the default case. No further action is needed. In the application, the program help is opened when clicking F1.

    [Note]Note

    By default, always the Appserver help is used.

    So the logic is this:

    • The key "Inethelp" is on 1 by default.

    • The key does not exist by default.

  • Locally installed help

    If you want to force the use of the local help, the key "inethelp" has to be created and the value set on 0!

    And of course the the local help has to be installed.

Following matrix shows for which combinations of Config setting and Help installed which help is used.
