The UpgradeIndex task is generally used to update search indexes in the background. For parallel operation of V11 and V12, it is used to update the full text search index and the search index for variables when a catalog changes. To do this, the OnCatalogChanged trigger must be added to the TimeTable and the UpgradeOnCatalogChanged trigger must be added for the FullTextIndex and the SearchVarsIndex.
