In the 3 directories geomindexv2, topo index and partial data has partly been saved redundantly. Overall, data structures are more designed for storage efficiency in GeoDb. Thereby the usage of storage declines by factor 2 (simple parts without partial index) or 10 (complex parts with partial index). Also the memory requirement on the disk is much lower.
