If you move the mouse over a result line, various buttons appear.

	Open:	Click on the icon to open the part in the parts view [Part view] of PARTdataManager opens
	Load as 1st component [Load as first part]	Load component as 1st component in the component comparison [Part comparison] (thus simultaneously in the 3D/2D view)
	Load as 2nd component [Load as second part]	Load component as 2nd component in the component comparison [Part comparison] (thus simultaneously in the 3D/2D view)
	Add to component comparison [Add to part compare]	Load component into the component comparison [Part comparison] In the tabular comparison, you can use the icon / Icon to load parts into the 3D or 2D view.
	Compare with search part [Compare to search-part]	The selected part is loaded as the 2nd project in direct comparison to the search part.
	This part is loaded in part compare	As soon as a part is loaded into the part comparison the icon is displayed on the left at the beginning of the line.
	Transfer to CAD [Export to CAD]:	The icon is only displayed for individual parts (characteristics), not for part families. Click on the icon to transfer the relevant part to CAD.

For example, click on the Compare with search part [Compare to search-part] button.

-> The component comparison [Part comparison] docking window opens.

Part comparison

In the selection line [Select project line] area for selected projects [Select project line], you can see the characteristic attribute tables for the search part and the part to be inspected. Select the same characteristic for both parts. You can find detailed information on the part comparison at Section 1.3.10, “ Part comparison ”.

Click on the Transfer to CAD [Export to CAD] button you can transfer the desired component directly to your CAD system.
