9.3. How can I create a 2D derivation?

Create a 2D derivation of the currently configured component. Select the 2D Tabbed page and choose either a single or combination view (consisting of 3 or 6 views). Different line types can be shown and hidden. See buttons below.

You can also download 2D views and 2D derivations (as DWG files):

  • Activate the desired formats under Formats -> Add formats (see also ???).

  • Activate the desired 2D views under Formats -> Layers and views.

  • Activate the option Attach technical drawings / symbols to CAD models under Formats -> Settings.
