All changes, both to the QA status [QA-status] and to SVN, are logged and listed on the History tab page.

Click on the Add button
button, the Add entry dialog box appears, where you can manually add any additional comments to the history.
When clicking on
, an already existing comment can be edited. Removing
is only allowed for manually added entries; the
automatically generated ones cannot be removed.
Furthermore QA documents can be added:
In the desired
line, click on the icon.
-> The List documents dialog box (see above) opens.
There, click
on again.
-> An
Explorer window is opened for file selection.
Browse to the
desired file and click on the "Open" button.
-> The selected file is copied to the corresponding directory and displayed under Project selection in the tree, marked with the 
Icon.
