#158295: Meusburger CAD TOOL: deactivate CP connection Points on 3D Viewer

In the 3D view, the connection points are no longer displayed by default.

Classified connection points are still displayed via the Show texts and classes button. The display of connection points can be switched on again using the configuration file.
