Click on the command under Import -> CSV table.
-> The Import CSV file dialog box opens.
The check mark for Header row in table [Headline is available in table] must be set again (see also under Export!), as this allows the column assignment to be recognized immediately. The prerequisite is, of course, that the CSV file also contains a header row.
-> The Import settings [import settings] dialog box opens. Specify the desired settings.
-> A notification message appears that the import has been successful.
The LinkDB can easily contain more columns than the file to be imported. The reverse case is not easily possible, as in this case the columns must first be set up before the import so that the data can be read in and assigned. The column separator must be specified.
Importing with PARTlinkManager is a possibility to fill the LinkDB with data. The prerequisite is that the data conforms to the existing structure, otherwise PARTdataCenter (see Section 1.1, “ Article assignment (initial filling of the LinkDB) ” in PARTwarehouse Manual ) must be used.
