If you want to use material short and long texts, activate the additional function setMaterialShortAndLongTexts.

Then provide short and long text data in the attribute mapping section [MATERIAL_SET_SHORTTEXTS_DATA] und [MATERIAL_SET_LONGTEXTS_DATA].
