The following list contains context menu commands that are required for item assignment.
Change category to ... - > Valid / Invalid
In the context menu of each product line, you will find the context menu command Change category to ... -> Valid or Invalid. The link Invalid is the default when creating.
If you explicitly mark a link suggestion as valid, the relevant line is marked with a green bar at the front.
The marking can be used as a filter when exporting to the LinkDB, where there is an option to only export rows that are marked as valid [Valid]. See Section 1.1.9, “LinkDB export (Directly or via CSV file)”.
Modify link: Characteristics table with variables is displayed. Used to adjust variant variables. See also Section 1.1.5.3, “Optional settings in the "Line Finder NENN " node”.
Create comment .. [Create comment ...].: Selection of predefined comments which are displayed in the comment field.
Remove assignment [Remove link]: Removes only the currently selected assignment
Remove invalid links from the current product [Remove not valid links from current product]
Remove invalid links from the catalog [Remove not valid links from catalog]
Remove category in all catalogs: Remove all assignments from all catalogs
Whenever a process is executed new links are created and the old ones are not deleted. With the help of this command you can make sure that you will always start on a "clean" state.
